We’re pleased to inform you that Geoff Banks are now back up and running on their side. We are currently working towards scheduling the reactivation of the datafeed later this evening, and are hopeful that service will resume shortly thereafter.
In preparation for this, please note that tomorrow’s (Wednesday) daily event files will not be delivered at the usual time of just after 5:00pm. Instead, these files will be generated and distributed later this evening, and will be ready ahead of the start of business tomorrow morning.
We appreciate your patience while we complete these final steps to restore full service. Further updates will be provided if anything changes.

Unfortunately, we have not yet received a further update from our price provider, Geoff Banks. However, please be assured that this issue is being treated as a priority and work is ongoing to resolve it.
As a result of this disruption, there will be a delay in the delivery of tomorrow’s (Monday’s) horse racing event files. We sincerely apologise for any inconvenience this may cause.
