What to Expect.

Planned maintenance: If any essential maintenance is required, we will notify you in advance.

Why a Change Freeze?
Change freezes are a standard practice during high-demand periods to ensure the stability and reliability of IT systems. This is particularly important during the festive season when systems are under greater pressure, and staffing levels are reduced.

Key Dates.
Start: 17:30 on Friday, 19th December 2025
End: 09:30 on Monday, 5th January 2026

RAB Customers.
Please note that if your business will be closed over the festive period and you wish to prevent customers from placing bets on your site, you will need to activate maintenance mode to temporarily close the site.

Our support team will remain fully operational throughout this period, excluding Christmas Day.
